Christmas...
Well I had a lovely christmas - even though it did not snow - not even close to it! - wasn't til about 10 that we finally huddled around the xmas tree and opened the presents (it doesn't get light til about 8)... It is forecast to snow tomorrow - so will be exciting to see if that ends up happening!
Anyway - apart from doing the general xmas eating and drinking thing, I've been down to Cheltenham to look at the shops etc - but have been very good and haven't bought any clothes!!! Have also cruised around some Cotswald villages - very pretty and quaint - like Winchcombe, Stanwell and Stanton...
Planning on hitting the sales tomorrow in Cheltenham with Karen (oh no - don't know how long my resolve for no new clothes can last!) and maybe catching a movie... and then off to Rome the day after!
